We have a 'no refund' policy for all homeopathic products. The exception is if a homeopathic product is damaged in shipment, then we will promptly replace the product. There is tax and a shipping charge which will be applied to your order and is not included in the prices below. For CA residents, a tax charge will be added at a rate of .0825%. International Customers please see the note at the bottom of this page for shipping details.

We take great care to offer full disclosure of all information about our products both on our website and through my toll free number for consumers. We provide this excellent customer service so that you can make the appropriate choice for yourself.  

Homeopathic medicine should not be exposed to x-ray's either in shipping or when traveling or the product will not be effective.  Moreover, keep homeopathic products 5 feet away from computers or electronics.  Therefore, we must have a “no refund” policy for all homeopathic products.  For other product orders there is a restocking fee of 15% of the order should you return items unopened.  Opened orders are not accepted for return.
