What You Are Not Being Told!

What they are not telling is that the caffeine you drink neutralizes homeopathic medicine and thus the homeopathic HCG remedy will not be effective. In all homeopathic treatment, caffeine is contraindicated and is not permitted, as it is known to neutralize the effectiveness of homeopathic medicine.   In other words, homeopathy does not work if you drink or eat caffeine.

The 500-calorie diet plan that people are trying along with injections of actual HCG is very unhealthy.  You may lose weight, not keep it off and at what expense? This is unhealthy as your body can start eating up muscle and you dont want to go there.

In 1796, a German doctor, Samuel Hahnemann, discovered a different approach to cure the sick, which he called homeopathy (from the Greek words meaning 'similar suffering'). Like Hippocrates two thousand years earlier, he realized there were two ways of treating ill health: the way of opposites, most commonly used by conventional medicine and the way of similars.

Hahnemann discovered that diluting and succussing (shaking) remedies, called potentisation, not only produced fewer side effects but also produced better results. Homeopathic remedies are drawn from the natural world and prescribed on the principle of treating
like with like or the way of similars.

Dr. Dale tested this new homeopathic sequence on herself.  Once I discovered that this new method of homeopathic preparation absolutely works, I continued testing to determine if the F potencies would work in combination with other Fibonacci prepared remedies.  I discovered that it works the same way as traditionally prepared combination formulas only the formulas would be more powerful and effective and would not need to be repeated as often. 

The funny thing is that homeopathy has been, in some parts of the world, around much longer than our so-called old-fashioned Western medicine.  Basically, its about using small amounts of a natural substance that when given in large doses would cause the same symptoms as whatever it is theyre treatingthus stimulating the bodys responses to the disease itself.

HCG is an old hormone with a new use.

HCG works by stimulating the body to burn fat, which ought to be the natural reaction to being overweight or obese. However, in people who suffer from these conditionsparticularly obesitythe natural response of burning rather than storing unneeded fat has gotten impeded somehow.  Obese people can often diet and exercise until theyre almost literally blue in the face and not be able to burn that excess abnormal fat.  HCG prompts the body to start burning.

So, is HCG safe?

Yes, if used in the right potency, HCG in its homeopathic sublingual form is very safeand certainly safer than most, if not all, other dietary aids on the market.

Homeopathic medicines dont react with conventional medicines.  The greatest danger when taking homeopathic and conventional remedies concurrently is that the physiologically disruptive effects of the conventional drug on the body will negate the effects of the homeopathic, since the drug will interrupt the bodys natural processes. It wont react to the homeopathic substance as it normally would.  What does sublingual mean?  It simply means taken under the tongue.  You administer the liquid through a dropper directly under your tongue. Rather than swallowing it, the sublingual method actually causes it to be absorbed more directly into your system, through the tissue in your mouth rather than being subjected to the turmoil of the digestive system.  Dont worry if you put it on your tongue just hold it in your mouth and dont swallow it right away.

Who is Fibonacci!

Dr. Theresa Dale has pioneered and announces the first homeopathic formulas, according to the Fibonacci Numerical Sequence, which is natures numbering system which can be seen in the positioning of the leaves of plants/flowers. They appear everywhere in Nature, from the leaf arrangement in plants, to the pattern of the florets of a flower, or the scales of a pineapple. The Fibonacci numbers are therefore applicable to the growth of every living thing, including a single cell, a grain of wheat, a hive of bees, and even all of mankind. What To Eat and Drink On the HCG Diet Plan!

Rather than a divisive scheme; lets put you on a real healthy diet including my homeopathic HCG Slim formula and the entire protocol below.

The reason why my diet is superior and you can consume 900 calories is because the body is already pulling approximately 2000 calories from the bodies stored fat to use as energy.

There are certain foods that you need to avoid and certain foods that you need to eat. The foods that you are required to eat on the diet plan are the ones that will help restore your body back to its normal balance of burning fat.  After the 26 days you can continue on a modified diet but do not go back to eating unhealthy toxic junk food.

How to Start!

Take the following remedies and nutrients:

  • HCG SLIM:  5 drops two to four times per day, 6 days per week for the first 26 days and then continue administration of 5 drops two to four times per day but cut down to 4 days per week. (human chorionic gonadotrophin prepared homeopathically)
  • Dr. Dales ATP Max; 1 in the morning  (energy)
  • Dr. Dales Multiple Vitamin: 1 in the morning  (for overall nutrient balance)
  • Nano Ionic Multi with Silica:  see label  (for overall mineral support)
  • BioAge Reverse (Homeopathy: 5 drops twice daily 4 days per week on empty stomach)  (for Adrenal and Blood Sugar Support)
  • SLIM (Homeopathy: 5 drops twice daily 4 days per week on empty stomach)  (helps metabolism, hunger and thyroid)
  • Alternating cycles:

  • Each HCG cycle (protocol and diet) consists of and requires 26 days, even if weight loss goals are accomplished. The 26-day cycle is the time necessary in resetting the hypothalamus.
  • Each 26-day cycle is followed by a 1-2 week break with an increase in total calories. Total caloric intake will be different for everyone since metabolisms are varied. Use NPR to determine most appropriate caloric intake for each patient during break periods.
  • A break is defined by continuing the nutritional products and BioAge Reverse, increasing caloric intake, and stopping the HCG SLIM and original SLIM.
  • Drink lots of water (at least 2 liters per day).  The types of tea that you can have throughout the day until 6pm are one cup of organic green tea per day, and as many cups as you like of Pau D’Arco tea, organic chamomile tea, organic Roobose tea or Pomegranate herbal tea. Also, they should be made with pure water and not tap water. 

You can add unprocessed stevia as a healthy sweetener but nothing else.

Water. Water. Water.  Purified water only:  Drink eight ~ 8 ounce glasses per day for the best health possible and to detoxify the body.

Best Proteins

Since even organic poultry and red meat are somewhat toxic and are inflammatory foods, we have limited the type of proteins for this 26-day program to the following.

  • Organic SMALL soft-boiled, poached or raw egg.
  • Tilapia or Wild Salmon.
  • Organic Raw Hemp Protein
  • 1/4 lb. Buffalo twice per week. This item can be split into 2 x 1/8 lb. serving, or 1 x 1/4 lb serving.

Best Veggie Drink

This is Biehlers Broth.  You can make it raw or slightly steamed, but I prefer RAW.

Drink it anytime during the day; Drink at least 1 or 2 xs per day.  For best results use a Vita-Mix type machine so that you get all the health giving fiber in the vegetables.  Juice the following ORGANIC vegetables, all in equal amounts, in at least one 8-ounce glass daily.

Only one kind of vegetable should be eaten with a meal unless you are eating salad with a little celery, radish, onion and garlic. Do not add any oil or fats to cook these vegetables or put oil on salad. Grill them, steam them or eat them raw.

Best Starch, Carbs to Eat!

Steamed or Baked

One single serving of one item below with lunch and dinner.

  • 1/2 small baked potato
  • 1/4 acorn squash
  • 1/4 kumbucha squash
  • 1/2 spaghetti squash
  • 1 slice gluten free bread
  • 2 Raw organic wheat free crackers
  • 4 baked not fried organic unsalted corn chips.

Best Desert to Eat!

All Organic:  1/2 of a raw apple at a time, OR, two tablespoons of raw berries.

Best Fruit to Eat!

Organic: Apple, one tbsp. Blueberries, Acai, Pomegranate, 1/2 Grapefruit (without any added sweeteners), 6 small organic strawberries.

Best Sweetener

Unprocessed Stevia:  its green and you can find it online.  The white powder is processed.

What not to Eat!

If you want to lose weight and keep it off permanently avoid these foods completely:

The First 26 Days Of The Diet

Breakfast

The following smoothie should be consumed with the recommended ingredients; all organic and raw.

Dr. Dales Smoothie Recipe

  • Organic Raw Hemp Protein: 1 scoop (4 level Tblsp)
  • One Tablespoon Vita-Mineral Green or any other raw organic green drink.
  • Organic Flax Seed Oil:  1 tbsp.
  • 1/4 cup of Organic Blueberries OR any other organic berry.
  • 1 or two cups of water depending on desired thickness and texture.

Lunch and Dinner

For lunch and dinner there are certain proteins that you should eat. They include and a couple different types of fish like tilapia and wild salmon, which are lower in mercury.

Along with the BEST PROTEIN list above, eat one of the following. 

BEST VEGGIES TO EAT or BEST VEGGIE JUICE

You can drink one 8-ounce glass of BEST VEGGIE DRINK above.  OR

If you want to eat the veggies, only one kind of vegetable should be eaten with a meal, see above BEST VEGGIES TO EAT list.

Do not add any oil or fats to cook these vegetables, instead grill, eat them raw or steam them.  You may use 1 tsp of Wheat Free Tamari Sauce on steamed or raw veggies that you are eating but dont add it to the Veggie Drink.   Deserts from the list above can be eaten.

Don't eat the same exact meals for lunch and dinner the same day. So, if you chose to eat halibut and spinach for lunch, you would then have to pick a different protein source and vegetable for dinner. There are certain herbs and seasonings that you can use for your foods as well, like cayenne, curry, basic, parley, dill, coriander. Any Indian herb is very healthy.

If you find that you are hungry during the day, you can have all water and caffeine free tea that you want throughout the day, drink another BEST VEGGIE JUICE OR a few stalks of organic celery. After the first 26 days of the diet, please take a 2 week break from the homeopathic products and the supplements. You may continue to eat a modified version of the existing diet by adding a larger portion size to each meal. After 2 weeks, resume the diet for the next 26 days. You may continue safely for up to a year as long as the 2 week breaks are taken every 26 days.

Sample Diet Plan

It offers variety while fulfilling the diet requirements. And maybe most importantly...it tastes good!

Day One

Breakfast could be limited to Pomegranate herbal tea sweetened by unprocessed Stevia.  Along with the BEST SMOOTHIE OR BEST VEGGIE DRINK ABOVE.

For lunch you can have the recommended half of a grapefruit, two eggs, 2-3 cups organic spring greens, and 1 slice organic gluten free bread or a few baked, not fried organic corn chips with organic raw salsa. That gives you your protein, your fruit, your starch and your vegetable.

Now for dinner you can have grilled or baked fish steamed cabbage or broccoli or zucchini with cayenne pepper and tamari sauce and some strawberries.

Day Two

Breakfast:  For breakfast on day two go ahead and have half a grapefruit OR the BEST SMOOTHIE OR the BEST VEGGIE DRINK. 

Lunch:  When it's time for lunch, have the other half of your grapefruit. One poached or soft boiled egg.  You may eat celery and peppers, grilled or steamed along with the appropriate seasonings.

Dinner:  For dinner have some grilled fish. Roast some asparagus in the oven as well.  Tonight go ahead and have an after dinner snack. An apple will be perfect.

Day Three

Breakfast:  BEST VEGGIE DRINK

Lunch: Fish, broccoli with lemon squeezed on top, a little cayenne pepper, basil. 1/4 baked squash. 1/2 raw apple warmed in the oven on bake with organic cinnamon sprinkled on top.

Dinner:  Get Organic or Grass Fed Buffalo, chop meat.  Make 1/8-1/4 lb hamburger with it and grill it, leaving it rare (not raw) so that you can get some enzymes out of it.

Include chopped onions, tomato (or organic salsa) and celery and seasonings.  Wrap it all in three large leaves of romaine. Add the 8 oz BEST VEGGIE JUICE. And for desert 4 small organic strawberries.

Day Four

Breakfast:  For breakfast on day four, have 6 to 9 raw organic strawberries and 1 piece of organic gluten free bread OR the BEST SMOOTHIE OR the BEST VEGGIE DRINK. 

Lunch:  When it's time for lunch have a half of your grapefruit, poached or grilled wild salmon with steamed spinach and 1/2 small baked potato.  You may use parsley and a little sea salt on the potato.

Dinner:  For dinner, have 1 cup of baked acorn squash along with one poached egg over steamed spinach. Tonight go ahead and have an after dinner snack. Thinly slice 1/4 organic apple.

Day Five

Breakfast:  For breakfast on day five, have an organic Orange Julius (one organic raw egg blended with organic orange juice) OR the BEST SMOOTHIE OR the BEST VEGGIE DRINK. 

Lunch: Lunchtime you will enjoy grilled tilapia with organic spring green salad with peppers, the recommended vegetables as listed above on top such as radishes, celery and zucchini, along with the appropriate seasonings.  Include 1/4 spaghetti squash.

Dinner:  For dinner go ahead and bake a buffalo meatloaf without oils. Garnish with salsa, garlic and onions mixed right in the chopped meat.  Bake or gill some asparagus in the oven as well.  Tonight you may have an after dinner snack. A small, thinly sliced organic apple will be perfect.
