Glyphosate: What you need to know and how to detoxify it!

What is glyphosate?

Glyphosate is a chemical used in the product roundup. This product is used as a week killer and is an herbicide used on conventional farms.

What is not being said is that glyphosate is that it can negatively affect your health! Research suggests that glyphosate may “enhance the damaging effects of other food-borne chemical residues and toxins in the environment to disrupt normal body functions [including gut bacteria] and induce disease.” Glyphosate may be a key factor to many of the chronic diseases people have today. There have been people diagnosed with cancer who sued the Bayer pharmaceutical group, who aquired monsanto in 2018, stating that roundup had been a major contributor to their cancer.  More research that is coming out about glyphosate leads to it being a carcinogen that should be avoided!

Glyphosate does not leave your body, it stays in your system until you take something to detoxify it.

How do you know if you have glyphosate in your system?

Glyphosate residues are found in most commonly consumed foods in the Western diet courtesy of GMO sugar, corn, soy, and wheat. If you eat conventionally grown fruits or vegetables and genetically modified foods, drink wine from California, or use round-up in your yard, or are near others who use it, you most likely have it in your body.

There is a test available that measures the glyphosate in your body. You can check it out here!

How can you detoxify Glyphosate?

Dr. Dale has a homeopathic remedy that can help detoxify the glyphosate in your system. The homeopathic works to neutralize the glyphosate. In addition to the homeopathic remedy for glyphosate, it is important to cleanse the body, to help all the organs and systems to work optimally.

The sooner you get the glyphosate out of your body, the better you will feel!

Allergies, Phenolic Compounds and Immune Strength

By: Theresa Dale, Ph.D., C.C.N., N.P.

I am sure that all of you have had an experience where you enjoy a meal with another person and even order the same meal, but one of you gets sick and the other does not. The real reason lies in the strength or weakness of your immune system. First you will learn about the Five Categories of Allergic Sensitivities and then the Top Causes of Immune Breakdown. You will also learn facts about how to address these issues.

Allergies can be evasive and the underlying real cause may be difficult to identify. So many clients since the 80’s have been confused about their symptoms and the underlying cause. They were not aware that the immune system could be burdened causing a reaction to food(s), or environmental substances. First lets take a look at the five categories of allergic sensitivities and their symptoms and then the top causes of a burdened immune system.

Specifically, there are five categories of allergic sensitivities. Classifications of patients’ symptoms are described as follows. Do you have any of the following symptoms?

1. Food Allergies: Patients who predominantly have food allergies. Symptoms: no seasonal symptoms, only varying symptoms when they eat a food that their body is sensitive to.
2. Seasonal Pollen Allergies: Patients who have only seasonal pollen allergies but the rest of the year feel reasonably well. Symptoms: sniffing, sneezing, coughing, asthma, sinus and wheezing.
3. Chemical Sensitivities: Patients who have chemical sensitivities. Symptoms: varying symptoms from exposure to perfume, gasoline, fabric softener, MSG or other preservatives, chemicals in food, tobacco smoke and other chemicals, however, do not have symptoms from pollens or foods.
4. Combination: Patients with a combination of pollen, food and chemical allergies, sensitivities and intolerances. Infinite numbers of symptoms can exist and combinations, varying in severity from person to person.
5. Universal Reactors: Patients are described as ecologically/environmentally ill or sensitive. They often have other health problems combined with their severe allergies and sensitivities to pollen, food and chemicals.

The solution to allergy relief is to strengthen the immune system while identifying the underlying source of the allergy which is discuss below; Top Causes of Immune Breakdown. Now when you find the answer and the cause, address it while using a homeopathic and nutritional treatment method. The best homeopathic formula will be made from a homeopathic “phenolic”. Use only supplements with magnesium stearate and other flow agents or preservatives.

What is a Phenolic?
Reactions to Phenolic’s are caused by Immune weakness. The straight scientific talk is that Phenolic are aromatic benzene ring compounds with one or more hydroxyl groups produced by plants mainly for protection against stress. Now, the functions of phenolic compounds in plant physiology and interactions with biotic and abiotic environments are difficult to overestimate. For example, Phenolic compounds are closely associated with the sensory and nutritional quality of fresh and processed plant foods. So, the scent of the flower is a phenol just as the taste, color and mouth feel of wine are naturally occurring phenols. Furthermore, phenols are added to processed food causing you to desire them, even crave them.

Phenolic are the real allergens and are six-sided chemical rings that are part of basic food and pollen molecules. Phenolic compounds include amino acids, hormones and neuro-chemicals. One well-known phenolic is urushiol, found in poison ivy and poison oak. Contact with poison ivy or poison oak produces severe rashes and itching known as urushiol-induced contact dermatitis.

Intolerance to phenolic’s cause a wide variety of complaints, including these feelings:
• Wheat gives me headaches
• My joints ache after eating tomatoes
• Eating nuts causes my tongue to swell and my mouth to blister
• Oranges give me diarrhea
• Eating strawberries cause me to breakout

Allergic reactions to one or more Phenolic often include:
• Abdominal Pain
• Depression
• Constipation
• Insomnia
• Muscle Pain
• Poor Concentration
• Bloating and Gas
• Diarrhea
• Fatigue
• Irritability
• Nausea

Since allergies are related to immune system function, therefore, we need to identify the cause of immune system breakdown. To clarify the following list will help you pinpoint any allergic relationship to causes.

Top Causes Of Immune Breakdown

• Tonsils, dental infections and heavy metal toxicity
• Lifestyle and Diet
• Social Drugs and long-term Prescription Medication usage.
• Genetic
• Methylation Issues (Related to how the body detoxified food and environmental toxicity).
• Neurotransmitter / Autonomic Nervous System
• Adrenal Exhaustion
• Environmental Toxicity
• Emotional Issues
• Electromagnetic (EMF)
• Medications

Natural Sleeping Aids | How to Sleep Better Naturally

Natural Help for Sleep

Insufficient sleep is, without a doubt, one of the greatest health inhibitors facing Americans today. Research shows that adults need approximately 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night for optimal health, but the CDC reports that as many as 30 percent of us are getting fewer than 6 hours of sleep each night on average. Furthermore, an estimated 50-70 million adults in this country suffer from sleep or wakefulness disorder. So what can be done to quell this epidemic of nighttime restlessness? Prescription sleep aids can be dangerous, and are known for producing a wealth of nasty side effects like extreme drowsiness the next day, forgetfulness, and confusion, but fortunately there are some great natural sleeping aids and techniques that allow you to sleep better without the need for harmful chemicals.

Tips for Better Sleep

Whether you suffer from occasional sleeplessness or have endured years of persistent insomnia, there are a few basic techniques that may allow you to see immediate improvement. Though there are a number of serious clinical issues — such as sleep apnea — that can inhibit sleep, the majority of sleep-related issues can be resolved with simple lifestyle changes, and so that is always the best place to start. Consider incorporating the following tips into your daily routine. Even if they don’t fully solve the problem on their own, they may help you to achieve tremendous relief when supplemented with natural sleeping aids.

  • Meditation. Stress is a leading cause of poor sleep, but is also one of the easiest causes to manage. You just have to understand the physical and physiological effects of stress, and learn how to manage them. Stress triggers a “fight or flight” response in the body, raising blood pressure and pulse rate, and making the prospect of restful sleep nearly impossible. The hormones epinephrine and norepinephrine are released into the body, leaving you wide awake despite your most diligent effort to achieve rest. Meditation triggers a state of deep relaxation, reversing these biological processes, reducing blood pressure and pulse rate, and enabling you to achieve the optimal physical and cognitive state for sleep. Try meditating for 15 to 20 minutes before going to bed each night. There is no trick to it. Just find a comfortable seated position, close your eyes, shut out all distractions, and focus on your steady, slow breathing. If you need help, there are numerous guided meditations you can download online as audio files.
  • A consistent sleep pattern. We are all guilty of this on some level. Five nights a week we’re in bed by 10:00 and awake by 6. Then the weekend rolls around and suddenly it’s off to bed at midnight, and awake at 9:30 the next morning. These fluctuations in your sleep cycle will wreak havoc on your circadian rhythms and make it nearly impossible for you to establish or maintain normal sleep. As difficult as it may sound, try to maintain a consistent sleep cycle: go to bed at the same time each night, and wake up at the same time each morning. That alone can make a monumental difference.
  • Cut out the caffeine. Okay, I know this one will be difficult for a lot of people, and maybe you’re not ready to quit cold turkey. It is important to remember, however, that caffeine is a drug and a stimulant, and if you’re struggling to sleep at night, this oft-overlooked indulgence may be the very thing holding you back. If you just can’t give up your morning coffee, that’s understandable, but try to cut out the caffeine by 2 or 3:00 in the afternoon, to avoid any residual effects in the evening hours. If you’re using homeopathic remedies to achieve better sleep, you will need to eliminate caffeine altogether, as the drug neutralizes homeopathic medicine.

Natural Sleep Aids for Better Rest
Maybe you’re rolling your eyes right now. You’ve struggled with sleep for years, and you’ve already tried all of the above techniques to the point of exhaustion (if only that exhaustion led to sleep!). That’s okay. Everyone’s brain chemistry is different, and some people require more than just meditation and a steady sleep cycle to achieve restful slumber. If you’re doing everything right, and you have ruled out any physical causes like sleep apnea, the problem is likely related to an imbalance of neurotransmitters. These natural brain chemicals (like serotonin, dopamine, GABA, and norepinephrine) transmit signals throughout the body, and if they aren’t properly balanced, they can result in a host of problems, including depression, poor concentration, reduced libido, and of course, lack of sleep.

Fortunately, there are a variety of natural sleeping aids that can restore balance to these important chemicals, thereby restoring your ability to sleep soundly. One such product is NeuroBalance Pro, a highly effective homeopathic remedy designed specifically to target the neurotransmitters that need it most. NeuroBalance Pro is FDA registered, and effective for improving sleep and relieving a host of other symptoms ranging from depression to ADHD. If you’re struggling to achieve the sleep you need, give it a try and experience the difference.

There are, of course, other natural sleeping aids that have demonstrated tremendous effectiveness as well. One example is Vegetarian L-Tryptophan. This essential amino acid works by converting to melatonin in the body, and if you know anything about melatonin, you know that it works wonders for improving sleep. Vegetarian L-Tryptophan also helps to promote a positive mood and control appetite, so you can enjoy a myriad of important benefits.

Emotions & Sickness | Are Your Emotions Making You Sick

Have you ever noticed that you’re far more susceptible to illness during periods of high stress or emotional fatigue? It’s not a figment of your imagination. Emotion and sickness can go hand in hand, and there is a very real mind-body connection that leaves your immune system more vulnerable to attack when you’re faced with emotional unrest. To put it plainly, your emotions may very well be making you sick, but there are steps you can take to protect both your physical and mental health.

The Link Between and Emotion and Sickness

The relationship between emotion and sickness has been studied for centuries, and is the basis for psychoneuroimmunology, the study of the interaction between psychological processes and the nervous and immune systems of the human body. By examining the relationship between psychology, neuroscience, immunology and other related sciences, we develop a greater understanding of how our emotions can trigger physical manifestations, in the form of illness and even disease. For this reason, it’s absolutely critical to be mindful of one’s emotions, because if left unchecked, these seemingly harmless feelings can trigger a dangerous chain reaction.

Centuries ago, the Chinese developed Wu Xing, or the Five Element Theory, which — among other things — maps the relationships between individual emotions and specific acupuncture meridians within the body. The Five Element Theory remains a critical element of Eastern medicine even today, and modern studies have confirmed what Chinese health experts discovered centuries ago: By addressing the emotional, we can heal the physical. The safest and most effective means of achieving this end is with the use of homeopathy, which specifically works along meridian pathways for renewed health and wellness.

Homeopathy provides a non-toxic, non-invasive, and yet highly effective means of natural healing. This system has been around since before the time of Christ, but it’s now more widely recognized and respected than at any other time in history, as modern clinical research has helped us to validate and better understand the workings of this powerful science. Homeopathy works on the law of similars, or “like cures like,” and treats illnesses, diseases and unwanted symptoms by introducing trace amounts of targeted minerals, herbs, and other inorganic substances into the body. As a result, the body’s natural defense mechanisms are triggered, and the symptoms are detoxified.

What Does All of This Have to Do with Emotion?

In order to understand the emotion/sickness correlation, it’s important to have at least a basic understanding of how our acupuncture meridians work. As illustrated by the Five Element Theory, these meridians serve as energy channels that correspond to physical organs, and each organ stores a specific emotion or emotions. In other words, if your emotions get the better of you, the resulting negative energy can take a physical toll on its corresponding organ, thereby causing physical illness. Dr. Theresa Dale has spent years conducting her own clinical research into the relationship between emotion and sickness, and into the effectiveness of homeopathy on meridian pathways, and her findings have been astounding. Her research has provided further evidence of what has been suspected for centuries: that emotions are stored in the body in consistent and detectable electromagnetic patterns. Furthermore, the research suggests that homeopathy provides the safest and most reliable means of remedying emotionally rooted illnesses.

Remedies for Sufferers

If you find yourself struggling with compromised immunity as a result of stress, anxiety, depression, or other negative emotions, there is good news. With the right homeopathic treatment, you can get to the very core of what is causing your physical manifestations, and experience relief for both your mind and body. There are a number of effective treatments, but it’s important to stick with homeopathic preparations, as they are non-toxic, non-invasive, and specially formulated to target the meridians themselves. While many commercial drugs and medications treat symptoms, homeopathy gets straight to the core of the illness.

At Wellness Center, you’ll find a complete selection of Neuro Emotional Remedies to address every meridian, gland, and emotion. There are 13 remedies in all, each of which targets a specific symptom or emotion by addressing the corresponding meridian. Browse the complete selection, and find the treatment that applies to your specific area of concern. These treatments will allow you to release those repressed emotions — ranging from grief to fear to resentment to confusion — and finally experience the physical relief you have been seeking, quickly and effectively. Each NER product detoxifies your body while simultaneously renewing your mind, ensuring that you are effectively treated from the inside out.
